Ladies and gentlemen, your 2007 Dine Out Vancouver restaurants.
After a couple of years of DOVing, I’ve more or less decided to take a break from it this year. Nothing personal, but I’ve just never been terribly impressed with my meal, at least enough to make it worth braving the often sizable crowds. That’s not to say that several of the restaurants this year aren’t presenting some interesting menus. I’d be especially interested in trying the critical darling Gastropod, who is offering a $25 menu ($20 less than their usual prix fixe). Gastropod and many others can be booked on open table.
