Apparently, researchers in New Mexico have discovered a new chili pepper that’s twice as spicy as the current leader (a red habanero). I’ll be heading down to Albuquerque for an eating/psychology excursion in February. I wonder if they’ll let me try one?
Part of me hopes so, the rest is pretty scared.
